Bug#419958: libdevmapper1.02.1: Should not load modules at boot time

Package: libdevmapper1.02.1
Version: 2:1.02.18-1
Followup-For: Bug #419958

I think libdevmapper should never load the LVM modules at boot time. My
kernel has LVM built as modules, in case I want to make use of it. I don't
currently have any LVM volumes, so I see no reason to have the modules loaded.
However, e2fsprogs pulls in libblkid1, which pulls in libdevmapper1.02.1,
which includes an init script that loads the modules on every boot.
