Bug#361358: libdevmapper1.02: Please add LSB formatted dependency info in init.d script

Any hope of having this bug fixed soon.  This package is one of the
few packages in my desktop installation that is missing dependency
information.

If you want to see the effect of the dependency information, you can
install the insserv package use the
/usr/share/insserv/check-initd-order script to check the boot order.
If you call it with -g you get a graph in dotty format for
visualization.
