Bug#485952: lvm2: New upstream release available

Hi,

There is now a .39 release available upstream. It apparently has
one important bugfix over .38, though it requires a new version
of devmapper.

I did not have much trouble updating to the new version, just
tweaking the patches to configure.in due to changes upstream.
I can provide an updated package if you wish.
