Bug#492560: lvm2: Fail to find tr and sed in initrd script

When booting a freshly installed Lenny based Debian Edu, I noticed
these messages from the early boot (typed from screen, might have
typos):

  /scripts/local-top/lvm2: 67: tr: not found
  /scripts/local-top/lvm2: 67: sed: not found
  /scripts/local-top/lvm2: 67: sed: not found

This seem like something that should be fixed.  The machine booted
just fine after this, so I am not sure abou the consequences of not
having tr and sid in the initrd.
