Bug#492560: lvm2: Fail to find tr and sed in initrd script

I have the same error on Lenny since I upgraded to kernel 2.6.26, but my
system won't boot.

The root partition is a lvm2 logical partition in a physical encrypted
partition.

Back to kernel 2.6.25, the system will boot as usual.

Please provide any help for a file to edit or a package to backport from
Sid.
