Bug#590290: lvdisplay leaking file descriptors

When cron runs lvdisplay from a simple shell script once every  
evening, my Debian squeeze system consistently gives this kind of error:

    File descriptor 5 (/tmp/tmpfYDdkby (deleted)) leaked on lvdisplay
    invocation. Parent PID 3291: /bin/sh

This problem does not occur with lvm2 v2.02.39-7 on Debian lenny  
systems that also run the same script every evening.
