Bug#513519: Please document that some operations are dangerous on the root device

Hi Alasdair.

I'd like to solve this bug, by adding some documentation to the pvmove  
manpage.

Could you please explain the exact reasons that lead to that problem,  
and which "locations" are actually affected.
"root filesystem" is not very exact, as some people put /usr /var,  
etc. on other filesystem, which could then suffer from that problem,  
too.
