Forward to upstream (fedora devel) bugzilla if you want proper tracking.

There's no 'quick fix' but with a bit of effort dumpconfig could be updated to
show:

tags {
	hosttags = 1
}

if set, together with the list of host tags *currently* set as a result of
merging the config files.  (host_lists won't be displayed as they control
the merging - read the files directly to see them.)

Meanwhile rely on debug options like -vvvv to see what's happening.
