backport of multipath-tools

Hello,

I have got some servers in a FC SAN environement, and use
multipath-tools.
I've seen that the newer version in testing supports online resizing of
multipath tables.
This is really a usefull posibility.

I've tried around July to use directly the sid version, but had some
problems with my initramfs (I use boot from SAN).

Is a backport of multipath-tools (and its dependencies, perhaps
initramfs-tools) interesting other people ? 
Can I expect to see that ?
