Same issue with a fresh installer and default LVM install, resume from disk
failed until /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume is given something else that UUID :
DISTRIB_RELEASE="6.0 (squeeze) - installer build 20101014-00:03"
Raising severity, as data lost occurs when suspend to disk fails.
