Bug#618016: lvremove sometimes fails to remove snapshot volumes

Another update. I've investigated further and this problem appears to
have been introduced to my systems when the kpartx package was updated
on Feb 26th:

    2011-02-26 15:58:49 install kpartx <none> 0.4.8+git0.761c66f-9

I'll follow up the issue with the kpartx maintainer.
