Bug#625200: Add debconf warning stating that the package can prevent boot

Hi,

It could be interesting to add a debconf warning stating that the
package can prevent to boot if the package is installed and that the
local disk is not blacklisted in the config.

Currently only the package description warns the user that: "Don't
install this package if you're not booting from a multipath device.".
This is maybe not visible enough.
