Bug#644913: multipath-tools: manpage out of date

Thank you for reporting this bug. Even the 0.4.9 (Currently is sid) release
missed the manpage update. The 0.4.9 tagging was done May 2010 and the
manpage was updated May 2011. I will fix this soon (for sid) and work with
stable team to see if this fix can be pushed to stable.
