Package: multipath-tools
Version: 0.4.8-14+lenny2

Problem description: When runing `multipath -lld', I get the following output:

# multipath -lld
350002ac60aeb0abbdm-1 3PARdata,VV
[size=45G][features=1 queue_if_no_path][hwhandler=0]
\_ round-robin 0 [prio=2][active]
 \_ 15:0:0:1 sdf 8:80  [active][ready]
 \_ 14:0:0:1 sde 8:64  [active][ready]

In this output, device name "350002ac60aeb0abb" and "dm-1" are spliced together, with no space between them. It probably depends on the length of the device name. This makes scripting quite difficult.

I did talk with Christophe Varoqui. He is sure that this bug has been fixed upstream in 0.4.9, and he suggested to ask Debian maintainers to backport it to lenny.

Andy
