How long is it? And how many LUNs in total do you have mapped to this host?

Yes. SAN Boot is supported on Debian Squeeze. I do have a howto I can
refer, but it uses software iscsi as an example.

What Fiber Channel HBA are you using? And did its driver change from
Lenny to Squeeze?
