Sorry for not being clear, of course dangerous is using LVM thin
provisioning. But building with thin provisioning enabled without
providing thin_* tools enables users to create thinly provisioned
volumes and use dangerous functionality. Users aren't warned when
creating volumes and filling them with data, only when trying to
reattach the volume.

So, enabling thin provisioning is dangerous, because it allows users to
lock their data without warning.
