clmvd init script still depends on cman in wheezy

I believe bug #655970 should be re-opened.

As far as I can tell, clvmd's init script in wheezy will *not* start
unless cman has been installed and configured, even when corosync *has*
been configured and is running.

The diff that closed this bug did not resolve this issue at all.

Also, I noticed you removed clvmd all together from sid. Can
you provide some background? clvmd looks very much alive on upstream:

http://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/lvm2.git/log/daemons/clvmd

Or maybe you know of an alternative for managing shared volumes safely?
