Hi Petr,
thanks for your bug report.
We will deal with that in systemd by promoting the /run/lock tmpfs to an
API fs, which means it will be setup by systemd before any services are
started. So invididual services, like lvm2, doesn't need to declare any
dependencies/orderings.

I'll upload a fix in 215-1 which will hit experimental in a couple of
days.

Re-assigning to systemd accordingly.
