Bug#771685: lvm2: system fails to boot when using lvm2 with upstart

Hello
After testing upstart with serial console i have several results.
When booting with added kernel parameters console=tty0 and
console=ttyS0,38400n1 the boot process fals to initramfs. After activating
lvm volumes with vgchange -ay and exiting shell boot process continues.
When booting without this parameters and serial console the boot stops.
It looks like theres a problem with console handling code when booting with
upstart and lvm volumes.
Thank You
ewew
