Package: lvm2
Version: 2.02.111-2.1
Severity: important
The initramfs-tools hook can set up a device specified as
/dev/mapper/VG-LV but not /dev/VG/LV. This is a longstanding
limitation for the root filesystem but now affects the /usr
filesystem as well.
