Package: lvm2
Version: 2.02.127-1
Severity: normal
File: /sbin/lvm

Hello,

after trying to mirror my lvm volume it becomes inaccessible with the
error device-mapper: reload ioctl on (251:3) failed: Invalid argument

Examining the stored configurations I restored the most reasonably
looking one but the error persists.

IMHO lvm2 should either report an intelligible error or supply valid arguments
to IOCTLs. As in this ShouldNotHappen(tm).

Thanks

Michal
