Control: severity -1 important

I'm lowering the severity for the reasons below.

I have a problem here.

The fix, that you mentioned for the Shared Lock, does not seem to be
committed upstream. Neither master, nor Hannes's suse-fixes branch.

There have been many other changes post that commit that are in the
repository, which gives me the impression that that change was not
pushed.

And the current version that you tested (now in Unstable), and
confirmed to be working, does not have that fix.

https://sources.debian.net/src/multipath-tools/0.5.0%2Bgit0.770e6d0d-3/
libmultipath/configure.c/#L545

So I guess the question here is, does and if the shared lock have a
side effect ?

And if you have not run into the same problem with the version in
Unstable/Experimental, what exactly fixed it ?
