So researching this issue I found exact match for this problem with the
solution...

Please take a look at this:

http://www.anttdev.com/2015/02/debian-jessie-failing-update-with-insserv-rejected-the-script-header/

Those are the steps I took to resolve it and it worked for me.

The issue appeared to be related to the a proprietary drivers that was
installed in my OS a long while ago for the Samsung Laser printer /
re-branded Dell 1130 Printer.

The link to another ticket provided by Bastian Blank. just sort of did
not made any sense to me what so ever.

The question is, why did error took place today Jun 6, 2016 right at the
time when I ran a routine apt-get upgrade command?!

As far as I am concerned, the stability of OS trips all other
priorities, and so if anyone from Debian Dev team could be so kind to
advise me (and many others I am sure) what is the best way to get rid of
this Dell / Samsung drivers out of my OS... I would really appreciate
it. This would be actual help and effective solution for the Debian
end-users.

Dell drivers where installed a while ago, manually with some
"install.sh" script, and that's all i was able to find in my shell history.

The directory with the installation script is long gone... and I am
simply don't know what to do / how to eradicate the drivers from Dell
for this printer.

If some one, anyone can help... please do...

Thank you

Damien.
