Bug#774082: lvm2 package update causes errors in Debian 8 systems

I recently updated my systems to Debian 8.5, which included the lvm2 package that closed this bug. 

Now every LVM request always results in: 
WARNING: lvmetad is running but disabled. Restart lvmetad before enabling it! 

This change should be reverted, or fixed to not start lvmetad on systems where it wasn't previously running or in use. debian-installer has it disabled by default.
