There is a possible resolution here https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/lvm2.git/commit/?id=02628413ca99648e70e38406384be69e20a2a6ce which just takes out a workaround for a now-resolved bug. I have not tested this as I have only ever seen this issue on one host, quite some time ago. Vince
