Can you please share what the error is ? Does the error happen during multipath
map creation ?

How do I reproduce this locally ? A simple LUN discovery through the Stretch
installer ? Would be nice if you give me your steps to reproduce.

I'm more interested in the issue first. Installer environment is strict and
restrictive. We need to be sure on what we are adding and why.
