Bug #881314 - lvm2 upgrade causes boot failure

Hi Bastian,

booting into linux-image-4.13.0-1-amd64 with lvm2 2.02.176-2 fails as described in the bug report.

Maybe an additional information: I could boot into linux-image-4.12.0-2-amd64 with lvm2 2.02.176-2 without problems.

Unfortunately I couldn't test either kernel with lvm2 2.02.176-3 - not yet available in the repositories.

Hopefully at least one of the combinations will work then.
