Bug#879780: Enable support for lvmlockd

Package: lvm2
Version: 2.02.173-1
Severity: wishlist

According to a recent discusssion on the LVM mailing list it seems like
lvmlockd with sanlock is quite stable as of now:
https://www.redhat.com/archives/linux-lvm/2017-April/msg00057.html

It would therefore be nice if the debian package could be compiled with
lvmlockd enabled.
