[Pkg-lyx-devel] Bug#269968: lyx-qt: lyx invokes xdvi without landscape options for landscape docs

If a document is configured to be landscape in lyx, and then
the dvi file is viewed using lyx's view menu then the
xdvi window that pops up shows 'chop' lines through the
document indicating that xdvi has not been told that the
document is landscape. E.g. lyx invokes:

	xdvi ... <doc>.dvi

and it should be invoking:

	xdvi -paper <portrait-dimensions>r <doc>.dvi

(note the 'r' for rotated.) This is documented in the
xdvi man page.
