[Pkg-lyx-devel] Bug#344677: lyx: URL export for latex/html is broken

Instead of exporting a URL as a "\url{location}{Name}" it exports it as
"Name \url{location}". As a result the HTML export is useless. It can be
used only if you export to LaTeX first, fix all \url by hand and run
HeVeA on top. 

I have removed all of my .lyx settings just in case - no joy.
