[Pkg-lyx-devel] Bug#317157: /usr/bin/lyx-xforms: LyX window cannot be resized any smaller than its initial size

The LyX window cannot be made smaller than its initial size.
When I try to do so (on the FLWM window manager), nothing
happens.  To work around this I have to supply a "-geometry"
setting that represents the smallest size I will ever want
the window.

(Since I have low vision, I often work in low-resolution
modes but still have a high-resolution desktop that I can
scroll around.  The LyX initial window is frequently larger
than my screen, so I'd like to be able to change its size.)
