[Pkg-lyx-devel] Bug#299778: sum button broken in Math Panel

It is impossible to add a sum, integral, etc. to a formula using "Math
Panel" in the current Version of lyx.

Instead of adding those symbols, it is possible to change character styles
using the Sum-Button!
