We shouldn't list any viewers at all. We should simply use the
sensible-* scripts where applicable, and otherwise use mime-support's
run-mailcap and friends. There is no point in maintaining lists of
viewers in the lyx package, there are lots of applications which need
to call external viewers and we shouldn't reinvent the wheel.

As I said, when xdg-utils enters unstable, we can use xdg-open which
should select the right viewer for us.
