It seems that it's quite hard to get a proper plain text export from LyX
directly. Upstream works on support for ps2ascii/pstotext support (similar to
the pdf export options you have) so that you can create ascii exports from the
generated postscript documents which should work a lot better. I hope that
it'll work around #198380 aswell.
