I don't blame you for forgetting. The TeX packages always seem to be a
pain and tend to break once in a while. I usually solve it by purging
everything and then reinstall it.

I'll just close it, because I think it's a TeX problem, not a LyX
problem. If I get more reports, I will consider adding a note.
