I believe it is more common for regular use to define:

    kdeprint | lpr  		=>  lpr | kdeprint
    konqueror | www-browser	=> www-browser | konqueror 

This would be least surprise, than having to install lot of KDE related stuff
to a system that neither use KDE or Gnome.
