[Pkg-lyx-devel] Bug#359770: lyx: debian/control::Depends shoudl be rearranged for common use

Who is making sure the package build depends includes an |
texlive-latex-recommended option.

If you pay attention to the tetex debian list they are discussing
putting tetex-bin/tetex-base on life support and moving forward with
tex-live.
