I've build the package within my 'living' sid with svn-buildpackage
and I can not get lintian to report this error.
So I've downloaded all packages from pool/l/lyx/ and passed them to
lintian and the RPATH warning occurs only on the amd64 packages.
According to the logs you uploaded amd64+source.
Maybe something is wrong with your build system?
