[Pkg-lyx-devel] -dbg package?

Hi,
the needed changes for a -dbg package seem to be minimal but I'm not
convinced if it's a good idea to introduce them or not.
Everytime I try to debug something non debian specific I try to use
the latest source avaible from upstream.
