I've just read over the stuff again I don't really get the point of this
condition check:

	  if dpkg --compare-versions "$2" le "1.5.2"; then

AFAIK the $2 will be the new version that will be installed and the script
in the wiki compared it to $LASTVERSION. I haven't heard that's an
enviroment variable from dpkg so I replaced it well with what will be
our next version.

Reading it again it doesn't make sense to me at all. We need to carry it
for the next version that will be in lenny and it's completly unsure
which version this will be. So I would remove the condition around
the rm_conffile call completly.

Any objections or at least maybe an explanation/reason for this
version check tjat I missed?
