Full ack. The benefit would be to remove the build-dep on quilt but I don't
think that it really hurts the buildd to install it. So I'll let it stay.

I'm now doing another test to be sure that the lyxrc removal really works
and then I'm done with my changes for the 1.5.3 upload.
