[Pkg-lyx-devel] Upload?

OK, uploaded now. I even remembered tagging it this time :-)

I've been thinking of checking in the upstream source into the repository, as
the current way of checking out the packages is a bit cumbersome. What do you
think? We should still upload with the original tarball from www.lyx.org, of course.
