I've a separated gettext package but hm maybe that's something different?
Oh and yes there are changes in gettext und boost.
Those in the boost diff.gz about the time format changes look suspicious. I
now try to find out why they've got introduced and when.
To be honest having changes in the diff.gz and in a debian/patches directory
mixed up and no changelog entry about why and when they got introduced sucks.
Maybe I can find something in the boost svn log ...

Or in boost and/or gettext. The grave slowdown was also in rc1 but at
least it build with boost. In an hour or two I'll know more. ATM I'm building
rc1 again.
