Ok I checked it. We can put all the simplecv files (sty, dtx, etc) into
svn/texlive-new/trunk/texlive-extra/debian/texlive-latex-extra.root/...
and only care for that the .pdf file is uuencoded. THen the debian/rules
call to 
	merge-dist-tree
will uudecode the respective file.

Anyway, it is only a test file that is used, so I skip the pdf
installation and only install the test file.

Done already.
