Those ended up unchanged on the mirrors and the 1.6.x branch in svn has
been changed to 1.6.7svn, looks like 1.6.6 is now released - just the
announcement is missing.

So I decided to push my changes from yesterday to git.d.o.
Hopefully I didn't miss any needed changes. The german manuals seem to
build fine and I'm currently doing a build with the latest Qt upload.

Any other wished for/needed changes I missed? Otherwise I'd opt for uploading
a package soon.

For the 'because' spelling error reported by lintian I've sent a patch
upstream http://www.mail-archive.com/lyx-devel@lists.lyx.org/msg159874.html
but I'd like to refrain from including that in the package.
