Dear Maintainer,

I'm trying to run the Linux Graphics Drivers Book [1] in lyx as pdf, but
attempting to "view/update" the document results in an error:

No information for converting dot format files to pdf. Define a converter in
the preferences.

I'm not sure what is needed to "define a converter in the preferences". The
problem file looks to be crtc-encoder-connector.dot
