[Pkg-lyx-devel] Bug#700828: lyx2lyx fails on version 345 files when textclass contains funny characters

when converting an old lyx file from version 345 whose textclass
contains non-ascii characters (eg "Übungsblatt"), lyx2lyx fails:

as there is no indication that the characters available in textclass are
limited (given it's basically a file name, and non-ascii characters in
textclass work perfectly in normal operation), i think this should be
considered a bug.

attached, there is a file that triggers the problem (it expects a
textclass file named "Übungsblatt.layout").
