Package: lyx
Version: 2.0.6-1+b2

Hello,
I just installed LyX and had a first look at its welcome page, i.e., the
content shown when you run it without arguments. My user is in Italian,
so I got an Italian document.

The first problem is that at point 3, the text suggest to check the menu
"View>DVI" in order to see how great it is the printed output, but I
cannot see and "DVI" in the "View" menu. I think the correct menuitem is
"View>Display(Other formats)>DVI" or "View>PDF".

The second problem is that selecting any of the mentioned menuitem, I
get a box that display this error message:

   ...ry to proceed from here, type x to quit.}

  You need to specify a language, either as a global option
  or as an optional argument to the \usepackage command;
  You shouldn't try to proceed from here, type x to quit.

So, I cannot see any printed document.

The third problem is in the Italian translation, still at point 3 of the
list shown in the document, the word "constatrlo" should be "constatarlo".

Moreover, the welcome page says that the menu is called "View" (as in
the English GUI probably), while the real menu is called "Vista". All
other references to menu names are correctly translated into Italian and
match the real menu names.

Bye,
Giuseppe
