As feared/expected. I'm really sorry that the work is kinda lost for jessie.

And I for one do not agree with this policy but I can kind of imagine the
reason for it. The workload of reviews and unblocks is high and somewhere
the release team has to draw a line.

Let's see what the over all quality of the jessie release will be, but if
some more people are stuck in that situation I guess we might see a release
with an overall declining quality. But that's only something the time will
tell us.

Hi Sven,

Sorry, but I will have to decline your request.  While I am certain you
did it with the best of intentions, we set a deadline for including
arbitrary changes and your upload of lyx/2.1.2-3 seems to have missed
said deadline.

Sadly, the changes between the current version of lyx in testing and
lyx/2.1.2-3 are /not/ compatible with our freeze guidelines.
Accordingly, I will also have to decline giving an unblock for lyx.
