[Pkg-lyx-devel] Bug#829271: Missing libqt4-svg depency

Hi,

LyX requires the qt SVG module to display toolbar icons correctly since 
version 2.2.0. Since qt loads this at runtime it is not picked up 
automatically when building the package. Please add a manual dependency 
on libqt4-svg.
